[you find yourself in the hall right in front of the Bigger Picture. However it isn't what you're familiar with - each end has been blocked off with foliage and vines, winding tighter and tighter to form a wall of sorts, keeping you right in that hallway.

The portrait itself is wavering, the faces of the people in there becoming distorted and misshapen - horrible, twisting expressions that change from one to another. The strangest of all, however, is when the occasional hand reaches out, grabbing at air before sinking back in. Their reach differs, sometimes reaching the other side, sometimes not. Like a shadow, they slink out, then slink back in, at random]
